Anne Pettit MSc HRM, MSocHRD, FCIPD, FIITD



Anne Pettit is a human resource consultant with in excess of 25 years of experience in managing teams, functions and businesses of various sizes and complexities. Anne holds a Masters in Strategic Human Resource Management and a Masters in Social Science in Human Resource Development. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Irish Institute of Training and Development, Anne has worked on numerous HR Projects and Assignments for both SME's and National and Multi-National organisations. In addition to managing ongoing outsourced HR projects, Anne has also managed a number of re-organisation and restructuring projects, advising senior management teams on strategic and operational issues. Anne also works on special HR Projects including Investigations, high level Union Negotiations, Labour Court Representation and EAT Representation. As a talent development specialist Anne focuses on the strategic management and soft skills, having previously worked in a lecturing capacity for UCC, NUI Maynooth, the IMI and the IITD on a multitude of topics. Anne has also spoken at various conferences including HR Ireland and Legal Island on a variety of topics including Employee Relations, Employment Law, Attendance Management etc. 

Victoria Pettit, MScHRM, HDipPM, CIPD, IITD



Victoria Pettit holds a Masters in Human Resource Management and a Higher Diploma in Personnel Management, with additional qualifications in the areas of Learning and Development and Emotional Intelligence. As a consultant, Victoria has extensive experience in partnering with client companies inclusive of SME’s and MNC’s. Victoria has been actively involved in successful acquisitions, mergers, close out and disposal of companies as per client requirements, on both national and international levels, where the demonstration of competencies in areas such as due diligence were a prerequisite. Victoria is also competent in high end company investigations, developing organisational strategies, and implementation of same, from both onsite and remote perspectives. Employee relations’, including Union negotiations is also a key skill. As a human resource development professional Victoria specializes in the areas of HRM, HRD, Emotional Intelligence, Employment Law, Conflict Management and soft skills training in both academic and organisational environments.
